The Perceptiv™ system offers a unified architecture for your equipment’s health:
- Multivariable monitoring: captures precise data on vibration (triaxial), surface temperature, torque, and lubricant condition.
- Scalability: ability to monitor from a single asset to entire fleets across multiple plants.

The system monitors the entire powertrain ecosystem:
- Electric motors: current draw, temperature, and stator/rotor health.

- Final components: cooling tower fans, pumps, mills, and conveyors.

- Cooling tower kit: utilizes triaxial vibration sensors with IP67/IP69K protection. Specifically designed for Falk CTA Gearboxes, it allows remote monitoring of the fan and motor in hazardous environments.

Connectivity options
- 1000 Series (LAN): data transmission via network cable (EtherNet/IP™, Modbus TCP, PROFINET®).
- 1100 Series (cellular): includes a modem with cellular auto-fallback for direct cloud connection without depending on the internal network.
