Helical worm gearboxes Radicon Series C are right-angle units that combine a primary helical stage with a worm and wheel pair to maximize energy efficiency. Thanks to their compact design and membership in the swift series, they offer high power density and mounting versatility in tight spaces.
- Sizes: 8 unit sizes (03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, and 10).
- Torque capacity: up to 10,000 Nm output torque.
- Motor size: compatible with IEC standard motors from size 63 to 225.
- Power: up to 45 kW.
- Ratios: from 8:1 to 250:1 in two stages, and up to 16,000:1 in combined units.
- Mounting options: foot (base), output flange (B5/B14), shaft mounted, or torque arm versions.
- Cast iron gear housings designed for maximum strength and torsional resistance.
- Available as an integral geared motor or a gear unit with a solid input shaft, with options for backstop, encoder flange, and brake motors.
