Helical in-line gearboxes Radicon Series M are motorised and reducer units designed for demanding industrial applications. They feature a torque capacity of up to 20,000 Nm and a modular structure based on the swift series that allows component interchangeability with other units in the Radicon range.
- Sizes: 12 unit sizes (01 to 10, 14, and 16).
- Torque capacity: up to 20,000 Nm output torque.
- Motor size: from IEC 63 to 280.
- Power: up to 160 kW.
- Ratios: 70:1 (2 stages), 250:1 (3 stages).
- Mounting: foot (base mounted), B5 (D) flange, or B14 (C) flange.
- Multi-stage systems for transmission ratios up to 16,200:1.
- Cast iron gear housings designed for maximum strength and minimal torsional stress.
- Gears manufactured with advanced cutting technology that reduces energy loss and noise.
- Equipped with IEC standard electric motors, with options for frequency converters and high-efficiency motors (IE3+).
